Pest Control Checklist for Restaurants

Coffee Shop

Intro

As a restaurant operator, pest control is often not top of mind until a full blown rodent infestation occurs. On average one infestation occurs every 20 months, and it usually takes more than two weeks to get back to normal routine, which leads to revenue and customer loss, damage your food inventory, and harm your restaurant reputation. However, you can take a proactive approach to pest control and prevent a rodent infestation before it happens.

This checklist will help you create a routine pest-monitoring plan that will identify problem areas and provides a list of corrective actions that will stop pest problems before they start.
