Profit & Loss Statement is complete
Profit & Loss Statement has been checked for accuracy and all categories are included
Balance sheet is balanced
Statement of owners' equity
Statement of cash flows
Daily Sales Reports pulled and filed for records
Daily Sales Reports verified against weekly and monthly sales reports
Overrides and Voids have been justified and initialed by MOD
All weekly Inventory counts are complete and accurate
Inventory spreadsheet formulas are correct and all weeks have been compared for variances
Historical Sales data used to calculate budgeted labor
Labor Percentage matches P&L labor payouts
Production & Waste Logs completed & initialed by kitchen or MOD
Accounts Payable and Receivable have been balanced and records filed
Bank Deposits and statements align with reported sales and have been reviewed and signed off
Accruals have been settled and expenses paid out by month's end P&L
Accruals should also be funded for state, local and federal taxes due for property, sales or income, as required by law.
Weekly safe counts were complete & initialed EOM safe count verified and balanced
