Yes! After the 7-day trial, you can decide if you want to use our free plan or upgrade to one of our paid plans. You can use Coast on the free plan forever and upgrade whenever you like. Keep in mind that on the free version, you’ll be limited on a few things such as message and card history. Once you upgrade, you will get access to all your message and card history.

When you first sign up, you’ll be put on a 7-day trial of our Pro Plan. You’ll have access to all of Coast’s feature during this time. No credit card is required, and there are no strings attached. During those 7 days, our customer support team will help you understand if Coast is the right solution for your team. By the end of the 7-day trial, you can choose to use Coast on the free plan or upgrade to one of our paid plans.

To upgrade Coast, you’ll need to upgrade your entire organization, which means all members in your account. You can deactivate members in your account to decrease the number of users you’ll have to pay for.

No. All of our plans work across your entire team. We cannot have part of your team on our Starter plan and another group on our Pro plan.

We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfer. We accept invoices for enterprise orders that meet a minimum fee — feel free to reach out to support@coastap.com for more information.

Yes, if you cancel your monthly plan, you’ll pay for your current plan until the end of the monthly billing period. 

If you are on an annual plan, you can cancel your plan before your 12 months expires; however, there are no refunds in this instance.

In both cases, we will downgrade your account to the free plan where you can continue to use Coast with limited capabilities.

Yes, we do. We are always open to a pricing plan that makes sense for your team. Contact us, and we can work out a plan that works best for everyone.

You can change your plan and the number of users at any time. Keep in mind that these changes will reflect in your next billing period. You can always downgrade back to the free plan of Coast.

If you are on a paid plan, you can remove them from your Coast account, and next month’s billing will automatically decrease by the number of employees you’ve removed from your account. Their history is retained and you can re-add them at any time.
