G2 recently announced its Winter 2026 reports — and Coast earned top ranks in a whopping 52 reports and earned 50 badges. That’s the most our software has ever received in one season, and it’s all thanks to reviews from our customers. Most notably, we now rank No. 1 in the Momentum Grid Report for the CMMS category and earned top ranks in other CMMS reports.

What Do the G2 Reports Represent?

Before we go into more detail about Coast’s Winter 2026 rankings, let’s talk about why the G2 reports matter. As one of the largest software review sites, G2 provides detailed insight into what customers like and dislike about individual software solutions. G2’s seasonal reports highlight this through two types of reports:

  • Grid Reports: G2’s various grid reports compare different solutions on a quadrant, highlighting how they rank for a combination of factors, mainly market presence and customer satisfaction. All G2 grids highlight the top contenders in the same way, by placing industry leaders in the grid’s upper-right quadrant to signal high ratings for both factors. 
  • Index Reports: G2 releases several Index Reports that rank software based on four stages of the purchasing process: implementation, results, usability and relationship. 

A CMMS Leader in Customer Satisfaction

Coast skyrocketed to the No. 1 spot on G2’s Momentum Grid Report for CMMS software, due to top customer satisfaction and momentum scores. G2’s satisfaction rating factors in the number of positive customer reviews, specifically ones that are the most thorough and recent. And the momentum rating factors in a company’s overall growth — employee, review, social and web traffic growth — year over year.
