G2 dropped its Summer 2026 reports on May 26 — and Coast showed up. We received recognition in a record 63 reports and earned 59 badges. Most notably, we climbed to the No. 1 spot across 16 reports and landed spots on new reports for the enterprise asset management (EAM) and facility management categories.

For us, this isn’t just about badges. It’s validation that maintenance and operations teams want software that’s powerful enough for enterprise workflows but simple enough for teams to adopt quickly. Let’s break down what exactly these reports mean.

Why Do the G2 Reports Matter?

As one of the largest software review sites, G2 provides detailed insight into what customers like and dislike about individual software solutions. G2’s seasonal reports highlight this through two types of reports:

  • Grid Reports: G2’s various grid reports compare different solutions on a quadrant, highlighting how they rank for a combination of factors.
  • Index Reports: G2 releases several index reports that rank software based on four stages of the purchasing process: implementation, results, usability and relationship.

In other words, these reports don’t just measure features. They measure whether customers are actually successful using the software.

Coast Earns No. 1 Across Several Categories

We didn’t just hold our ground — we expanded it. We maintained the No. 1 spots on three out of four CMMS index reports from Spring 2026 and climbed the ranks in other software categories. Here are just a few of the 16 reports we earned the top spot for:

  • No. 1 on the Implementation Index for Enterprise Asset Management
  • No. 1 on the Results Index for Asset Management
  • No. 1 on the Implementation Index for Facility Management
  • No. 1 on the Results Index for Facility Management
  • No. 1 on the Usability Index for Facility Management

Coast’s customization capabilities give users enterprise-level features that match how their team already works. The benefit? Faster rollouts, higher technician adoption and quicker operational wins.

That’s why Coast earned the No. 1 spot on the Implementation Index for Enterprise Asset Management with a score of 8.99 (out of 10), a 98 percent Ease of Setup score and an implementation speed of 1.29 months — less than half the 3.54-month industry average. We also earned the No. 2 spot on the Usability Index for EAM with a score of 9.28 and a whopping 99 percent Ease of Use score.

Take it from this enterprise customer: “The best thing about Coast is the ease of use. My team got up and running within a day, and there was no long onboarding needed like other maintenance software.” — Peggy P., Facilities Maintenance Manager, Enterprise Business

Facility Managers Highlight Coast’s Quick ROI

Coast also swept the Facility Management index reports. We maintained the No. 1 spot in the Implementation Index and earned two more top spots in both the Usability and Results indexes. Most notably, Coast earned a 9.16 score (out of 10) on the Results Index with 100 percent of our customers saying they’d be likely to recommend our software. Plus, customers reported an estimated return on investment (ROI) within 9.17 months — nearly twice as fast as the 14.06-month industry average.

Take it from this enterprise facilities customer: “Coast integrates work orders, asset tracking and maintenance together in a single platform. My team adopted it instantly. In this case, real-time dashboards and automation are saving hours per week. It offers solid support, and since it will fund new versions until the imminent future, it is a trustworthy long-term solution.” — Bill W., Director of Facilities, Real Estate

Coast Continues Expanding Beyond Traditional CMMS

Recognition across 63 reports isn’t a vanity metric — it’s a signal. Enterprise asset management operators, facility managers and, of course, maintenance teams are using Coast, seeing results and saying so publicly. From fast implementation to measurable ROI, the data backs up what our customers already know: Coast delivers.

What’s especially exciting about these Summer 2026 reports is that Coast is increasingly being recognized beyond the traditional CMMS category. Rankings in EAM and facility management signal that customers are using Coast to solve broader operational challenges — from asset lifecycle management and inventory control to inspections, reporting and cross-team collaboration.

That expansion reflects where modern maintenance teams are headed. Today’s operations leaders don’t just want a work order tool. They want connected systems that improve visibility, reduce downtime and help teams make faster decisions across the business. And that’s exactly what we’re building toward.
