G2 announced its Spring 2026 reports on March 17 — and Coast received recognition in 55 reports and earned 46 badges. Most notably, we’re officially No. 1 across nine reports, and it’s all thanks to our customers. Let’s break down why this matters to us and to our users.

Why Do We Care About the G2 Reports?

As one of the largest software review sites, G2 provides detailed insight into what customers like and dislike about individual software solutions. G2’s seasonal reports highlight this through two types of reports:

  • Grid Reports: G2’s various grid reports compare different solutions on a quadrant, highlighting how they rank for a combination of factors.
  • Index Reports: G2 releases several index reports that rank software based on four stages of the purchasing process: implementation, results, usability and relationship.

Coast Tops 3 Out of 4 CMMS Index Reports

G2 resultsAfter earning the No. 1 spot on G2’s Momentum Grid Report for CMMS software this past winter, Coast now tops three out of the four CMMS index reports. And we rank No. 2 on the fourth one. Here’s what that looks like:

  • No. 1 on the Implementation Index for CMMS, Spring 2026
  • No. 1 on the Usability Index for CMMS, Spring 2026
  • No. 1 on the Results Index for CMMS, Spring 2026
  • No. 2 on the Relationship Index for CMMS, Spring 2026

Coast Also Tops Asset & Facility Management Reports

In addition to topping several reports in the CMMS space, we were also excited to earn top ranks for asset and facility management, specifically:

  • No. 1 on the Usability Index for Asset Management, Spring 2026
  • No. 1 on the Implementation Index for Facility Management, Spring 2026

Ease of Use Means Quick Team Adoption

G2 usabilityCoast’s mobile-first design is something users consistently rave about, saying it’s as simple to use as any app on your phone. G2 reviews reflect this sentiment, with Coast topping both the CMMS Usability Index and Asset Management Usability Index with a score of 9.27 (out of 10). Reviewers also gave Coast a score of 98 percent for both Ease of Use and Ease of Admin as well as a 96 percent score for Meets Requirements.

Coast also topped G2’s CMMS Implementation Index for the second time in a row and climbed to the No. 1 spot on the Facility Management Implementation Index with an Ease of Setup score of 98 percent. Ease of use combined with a solid implementation process with Coast’s Customer Success team makes user adoption and implementation time all the more faster. In fact, users report going live almost twice as quickly as the industry average. Take it from this Coast customer:

I’m impressed by Coast’s user adoption rate within our field teams. In SEO, we value structure and clear ‘crawling’ of tasks; Coast provides exactly that for physical operations. The QR code integration is the standout feature for me; it acts like a physical backlink to an asset’s entire history. Our team can instantly access manuals and past work orders, which has eliminated the ‘information lag’ that usually stalls high-paced projects. It’s intuitive, mobile-friendly and requires almost zero learning curve.” — Monica R., Senior SEO Strategist, Mid-Market Business

100% of Users Are Likely to Recommend Coast

The ultimate goal for us at Coast is to help users get the results they need. That’s why we’re particularly excited about topping G2’s CMMS Results Index with a score of 9 (out of 10). What’s more, we earned a 100 percent rating in the Likelihood to Recommend category. This means every single user that reviewed us would recommend us to someone else. Plus, our results data speaks for itself with an estimated ROI of 9.41 months, much quicker than the industry average of 14.19 months.

The flexibility is what sold us. We evaluated several maintenance platforms, and most forced us into rigid workflows that didn’t match how our teams operate in the field. Coast lets us customize everything from work order forms to dashboards to automated alerts. The QR code feature alone has saved our technicians hours each week. They just scan a code on an asset and instantly see its history, manuals and upcoming maintenance. The mobile app is intuitive and works flawlessly even in areas with spotty connectivity, which was non-negotiable for us.” — David M., Senior Director of Facilities, Mid-Market Business

Enterprise Businesses Moving to Coast

G2 spring 2026 reportThe newest G2 recognition we earned landed us on the Enterprise Relationship Index for CMMS and the Enterprise Usability Index for Asset Management for the first time, both in the No. 3 spots. We also moved up two spots in the CMMS Grid Report, also landing us in the No. 3 spot.

While we continue to gain traction in the CMMS space for small- and mid-size businesses, we’re also a go-to choice for enterprise companies. That’s because our flexibility allows users to customize the software to their needs, not to mention our quick implementation times that continue to impress. Here’s one enterprise customer who speaks to just that:

“As a CMO at a technology company, I value tools that deliver immediate, tangible business outcomes without complex implementation. Coast excels here. Our facilities and operations teams were fully onboarded and using the software within a week, a stark contrast to the multi-month industry average. The mobile-first design ensures high adoption among our deskless workforce, which is critical for any tool’s success. Most importantly, it provides leadership with clear, real-time visibility into equipment performance and maintenance spending across all our locations. This operational clarity is invaluable for strategic planning and budgeting.” — Udi L, CMO, Enterprise Business
