The current sales motion is 100% inbound, so you have the support of the marketing team that is excited to generate more pipeline.

We’re looking for a Director of Sales who is passionate about making an impact at a fast-growing company. You will use your business insight, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to deliver insights and actionable recommendations to improve our sales process. You are a genuine and proactive team player, who is able to embrace ambiguity and approach business problems in a data-driven and structured manner. Not to mention the chance to develop your people, promote from within and lead a top tier sales org. 

What you’ll do

  • Drive the development and refinement of our data-driven sales process, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Overseas and enhance the functionality of our CRM and sales tools (Salesloft, Chili Piper, etc.) to align them with the sales process.
  • Responsible for managing a team of high-performing Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to consistently meet or exceed their quota.
  • Ensure the sales team meets daily activities and be accountable for your team’s behaviors and results.
  • Mentor your team by assisting them with calls, performing live demos, setting goals, holding them accountable, and helping them overcome customer concerns and roadblocks.
  • Become the go-to product expert who can accurately respond to technical product questions from the sales teams.
  • Stay informed on product updates and incorporate the latest functionality into the team’s sales demos as necessary.
  • Learn to anticipate customer needs and utilize your intuitive consulting and selling skills to address customer pain points and present potential solutions.
  • Take an active role in supporting team members with larger deals and provide a second voice to help close deals.
  • Monitor sales performance daily, including activity, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed deals, to ensure quota attainment.
  • Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance data (Average Sales Cycle Length, Close Rate, Cost Per Lead, Time To Close, Win/Loss Ratio, Loss Reasons, Speed to Lead, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct growth forecasting and evaluate data points that indicate actuals vs targets. Identify actionable recommendations to bridge any gaps.
  • Hire, train, and onboard new AEs and SDRs as necessary to support growth objectives.
  • Identify critical behaviors that contribute to success and coach your reps to model and replicate those behaviors.


  • 3+ years in software sales as an IC and a manager.
  • Demonstrable experience leading inbound/outbound sales development teams within a SaaS organization.
  • Hold a good understanding of the inbound/ outbound sales function and the expectations of sales representatives.
  • Can demonstrate your experience in mentoring/training sales representatives.
  • Able to develop and/or improve existing processes and strategies.
  • Have experience managing in a high performing sales environment.
  • Have experience working with Salesforce and Salesloft.

Compensation: Competitive base salary ($80k – $110k), commission, and equity, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), and a 401k plan with employer matching
